Play Sonic Scene Creator v3
This game launches with no sound. You can really get the party started by pressing the 1 or 2 buttons at the top of the screen to turn on music. The Next Level button above these allows you to switch the scene's background. You can go from a blue sky to a sun drenched waterfall to a wide open ocean to a skyline dripped in purple. What's really convenient is you can change backgrounds without losing the scene additions you've made.
Adding accents is as simple as dragging and dropping. Sonic Scene Creator V3 gives you additional control over the characters you add. Simply press the left arrow key to change the direction a character is facing.
There's no limit to what you can create, so start enjoying this game now!
